Will training as an 800 runner adversely effect my 100-200 times? (Long story short, I just started college and the coach wants me to try 800. I don’t think I have much hope in it, but I’m hoping that an 800m training program will have a positive impact on my 2’s and 4’s.)
I’m never really sure about anything when it comes to training because at my highschool we never all that intense into it. No weights or anything like that, so I’m not too concerend about leaving anything out that I had before.
I hope that made some kind of sense and that the question I’m trying to ask is discernible in there somewhere. Peace and Crackers.
