Okay I know most people who are going to read this thing are going to think.. what is she thinking and she is not working hard enough. Well honestly this is what I fit in my busy schedule.. suggestions would be nice but just dont yell at me about my training
A little bit about me; I'm 17 and used to run the 100m,200m,4x200m,4x100m. I want to make the transition to a 400m runner. So this should be an interesting test. I have never done any winter conditioning due to basketball soo this is all new to me. I also run inside most of the time inside because its very cold and snowy in Ohio.

It was my first practice.

Yes I have a very unusual training.. 3 days a week I work out at school the rest is at home. If any one has an inside suggestions it would help. My coach always told us that we should run outside if it was colder than 40 especially as sprinters to prevent injuries. I will update on Sunday
