I'm not sure if there is a thread on this already but. . .

Has anyone here tried the Charlie Francis GPP DVD? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I'm interested in it too, considering that you can NEVER get even a decent GPP question answered over at CF.com because they always answer it with "buy the gpp dvd":(

          https://www.charliefrancis.com/community

Fabio – You can't get ANY question answered over there without them trying to sell you on buying either the DVD, his books, or his forum review.

Dude will e-mail you with a confirmation webpage to go to when you can use it. If you gave the wrong e-mail address you're screwed.

Hey they are offering the DvD for free for an easy task. Might as well go for it.

Yeah I hope to cash in on that free offer as well. I have a hard time believing they will follow through on the promise, i'm sure tons of people will meet the criteria.

Rice773, I am a bit confused on the criteria. Can you expalin it for me? DO they want you to give ur name and password to 25 ppl so they can get onto that thread and 'reply' or just to sign in on your username or to get them to sign up to the sign with your name as the referal? i'm a bit confused.

I think they are doing that because they have a surplus of DVD's that no one will buy because they don;t trust pay pall so they got to get rid of them somehow,

You get 25 people to register for the board and have them put your screen name in the 'referrer' blank of registration.

So I guess this means no one actually HAS the DVD in their possession correct?

cockysprinter, be patient. I joined the site a while back and it took them over a week before I was allowed to do stuff on the site. As far the GPP goes, I dont have it and I was wondering the same thing. From what I've heard it seems like it has some good material on it, but I dont wanna go out and spend $70 for something that may or may not be good.

Also, it doesnt help that the ordering system over there is really messed up. I think they'd get a lot more purchases if they made it more user friendly. Something similar to what places like amazon.com or bn.com use.

Yea because I am really looking at getting Chris T;s Strength and Power training book because Iam at a road block at strength training and I really don't want to use pay pal to purchase it and am still trying to find a place to purchase it. You think people like the then would know that the REAL money is to publish their boks as REAL books so ANYBODY can buy them at a book store instead of holding them to one store only and using a messed up way of ordering them?

What pisses me off are all the people expecting everything for free. Many coaches go for years with very little pay to help athletes reach their goals. The DVD is quality and if you have the money get it…

The forum review is 12 dollars….I spent weeks and countlesss hours on the thing to help organize what I thought was important. Instead of asking questions that have been answered, why not read it?

The DVD has pretty much everything that you would need to set up a GPP program in the Charlie Francis style. Just keep in mind that it is 58 minutes and about 10 of these are exercise demonstrations so if that is going to piss you off despite the fact that it has all the info needed within the first 50 minutes then don't buy it.

Cockysprinter, a lot of forums make you register before you can view.

I'm not the bigest Charlie Francis fan, but I have to agree with Phoenix. The world don't owe you guys anything.

Phoenix I understand your feelings, and I completely agree. However, wouldnt you agree that by making their ordering more user friendly they would get more purchases? I've been wanting to purchase the GPP DVD, the forum review, cfts, and speed trap for over a month now but I dont have a paypal account and I dont know where to send the money order so how can I get the stuff? Its really annoying.

contact rupert at info@charliefrancis.com and ask for a money order….he is a good guy trust me. If you don't have paypal you don't have a credit card….so don't worry.

          Hi All,

          1) CF and crew don't push their products on anybody. I know for a fact that they are just plain sick of silly people asking the same questions over and over again (as I'm sure the admin is here). Take time to look, search and enlighten yourselves while visiting their website.

          2) I also know for a fact that CF et al dropped large dollars on the DVD (so common sense and simple math would say its a knock out product). I saw them with a full video production crew up at York U. in Toronto.

          3) My guess is that the CF admin is pretty busy. As for waiting a week to join..they are VERY picky and I've heard of them banning people just for laughs.

          4) I also have heard through the grapevine that they are busy because they are about to drop 5 new movies which are sure to leave no questions on why their products are must haves for the serious athlete.

          Enjoy!

          Yours in sport..

          Bruce

I agree, their products are a must have for any serious athlete, the books I ordered on there are my staple books on training (CFTS and modern strength and power methods by CT) after recently ordering a book, the pay pal actually isn't that hard to use and even got easier from the last tiem i used it (last year) I do plan on buying the GPP dvd when I have enough money.

banning people for laughs? thats just cruel:(
