i went threw this guy’s logs again today
and i cant believed i missed this but this guy did 230 kg in the front squat…thats over 500 pounds!!! what the hell he weighs like nothing too….
another thing to anyone that has seen this program is when he has the word RT and then he recorded the distnace …(im assuming this stands for right takeoff—hes a left footed jump so this is off his opposite leg?)
my question:
do u advise triple jumpers to jump off their opposite leg during training just for some variety/fun/cross training/imbalance issues????
ALSO:
i looked at edwards training diary more closely and noticed this:
in June his training followed like this:
13th – snatch many reps and sets working up to almost max single
14th – 3x 60 meters full out
15th – cleans many reps and sets working up to new max single
16th – snatch tons of reps and sets with new max single
17th – competition (jumps over 17 meters)
HOW CAN U DO THIS??? lol this seems physicaslly impossible for me without doing drugs lol….
