Hey all, I have been lurking around this board for a while and have learned a ton. I am a senior who has been running XC and track for 4 years, however this cross country season has been my first real competitive season. I am excited about this track season because of all the work I have done. I am curious what effects/improvements I can expect from a competitive XC season and good preparation over the offseason. I am planning on running 400/800/4×4 this track season.
my PRs from last track season and this XC season:
200: 26(after a long interval workout)
400: high 56s
1600: 5:15(its been a while)
3200: 12:30(XC course)
