Ok this may sound odd but here goes! The past couple of weeks I keep getting a sensation like an electric current down my leg when I do sprint drills. It happens when I do a movement where I extend my leg quickly e.g skip B and feels like an electric shock usually from my knee downwards. My leg collapses and it feels all pins and needles for a few mins after. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the nerves but can anyone tell me what it is and/or how to get rid of it?

I’m not sure of what it is but it could also be a circulation issue. I’m currently doing some research with some peripheral neuropathy patients and some have symptoms similar to what you mentioned in the early stages of their disease. While it’s highly unlikely you have peripheral neuropathy, Id I’d definitely suggest you get it checked out if the problem persists.

when i was younger playing soccer i got the same sensation from kicking the ball. same place in my leg as well. and for some reason i was at the doctors office the next day i think i was cut and getting stitched back up but anyway i brought up the sensation i felt and he said it was just a pinched nerver and said to get a message. well it worked never had the sensation again.

sorry for the rambling and i hope this helps

Was it a text message, an instant message or something else? :spin:

sorry for the mistake didnt really think that spelling errors were that big of a deal but i guess it is since you went out of your way to bring it up.

yo Flash it aint that serious and Mike meant no harm by it via the smiley face. We can all use a little humor every now and then.

He was pointing out in a lighthearted manner that spelling DOES matter.

          Flash-
I didn’t mean any harm by the comment. I knew what you meant I just thought that the misspelling read pretty funny as it was.
