Each season our jumping group begins with endurance bounding once a week for about 8 weeks. We go from 3x50m of right leg, left leg, alternate leg bounding and 3x50m of split walks up to about 3x100m of each. Our group feels that it helps our pre-season strengthening and endurance. What do you folks think. Oh we are all triple and long jumpers by the way.
