I was just focused on sprinting in my training 100-200m
But today i was super setting deadlifts with broad jumps and I was jumping over 11feet easily. (Standing) Im not sure what my vertical is right now, but prior to my training it was around 36″. I know it is higher than that now.
Im now curious at to how I would do in the long jump and triple jump now….with my 100m speed a shade under 11.0 what should i expect with “mediocre technique” lol
