    farm training

          hey every one i named it farm training because i just donno any thing about training and i made a training programme!
          i want you o help me change whats wrong and add what i missed on this prog.(for the 100 and 200)

          every day in the morning run a mile for warm up and then strech and then run and jump stairs

          on 9 am go to the weight room 2 days upperbodey and 3 for under.

          8 pm go to the track run some 100s and 200s

          what is the speed work?what is sprinting drills?
          what should i try to improve?flexibility and speed and strenth and what else?

          Welcome to the board. One thing you’ll definitely need to do is stop doing the same routine everyday and drop the mile jog. A good place to start for general information is the FAQ forum.

          my coach wants me to jog 2miles a day after hard workout and 3miles after another hard workout. is that efficient?

          no, some sort of tempo or circuits instead.

          Being efficient and being beneficial are two totally different things. Running that much milage won’t do anything to make you faster and could actually hurt your development.
