hey every one i named it farm training because i just donno any thing about training and i made a training programme!
i want you o help me change whats wrong and add what i missed on this prog.(for the 100 and 200)
every day in the morning run a mile for warm up and then strech and then run and jump stairs
on 9 am go to the weight room 2 days upperbodey and 3 for under.
8 pm go to the track run some 100s and 200s
what is the speed work?what is sprinting drills?
what should i try to improve?flexibility and speed and strenth and what else?
