Finding an indoor track to sprint on in Portland

          I just moved here…I heard track is big in Oregon or is it only distance running.
          Well anyways, where are the indoor tracks at?

          The great thing about the PNW, is that (Despite all the rain) the weather is mild enough to run outdoors year round.

          I don’t know of many indoor facilities, but I’ll be there are plenty of outdoor tracks within 5 miles of where you live.

          Or look for local clubs on the http://www.usatf.org site. There is usually contact info posted there, and the contacts will usually be full of good ideas of places to train and people to workout with.
