Hey, its me again. It’s been a while since i’ve been here and anyway heres what i got so far. First meet was today, it was an invitational. I long jumped 19 .5 ft. But was scratched =[. All of my runs were scratched by like 1/2 inch?? so on the last 1 i just took stuttered steps in order to get at least 1 jump. It was 15′ 11″ haha. My coach told me that during my flight phase, i keep my legs straight rather than extending my knee out. It’s difficult for me because i cant seem to be able to move during the flight phase. Is it all aerodynamic? Or is it because i lack core strenght?
P.S. Triple jumping alongside with the national high school champion was a real eye opener. Amazing!!
