          I am interested to hear your comments about thease three flying 30. The first one is recorded last week, second one 6 month ago and the last one is 12 month old.

          That is a lot of improvement. Most especially, she is so much better in the upper body: much more relaxed, arm swing not so tight, shoulders lower.

          Yes has worked a lot with loosing up her upper body and lower her sholders. She has also worked on beeing “taller” in running.

          Any more suggestions on what to improve?
