What do you guys think of Flying 30m sprints vs flying 60m sprints. Is there a huge difference? I’ve traditionally done 8 x flying 60m w/ full rest as part of my sprint training, but since moving back to Illinois last year I’ve been reduced to only being able to due flying 30m sprints indoors w/ full rest (when the winter hits). I try and make up the difference by doing 16 x flying 30m (same overall distance as 8 x flying 60m) but don’t really know if I’m achieving the same goal or not. I mean I’m overall still sprinting fast (at least for me) but the fatigue level doesn’t seem to be there as I would get with the flying 60s.
Any thoughts or relevant personal experience would be highly appreciated.
