Hey guys a few questions here,
First I must put out there that starting August 21st I have football camp. Three weeks of three a days. Starting at 7am running through til 10 to 11PM. Obviously tough stuff. Now first off I want to know when I should start slowing down in my training to start resting myself for optimum performance at camp. I want to rest enough that I am feeling great but without resting too much and losing my form. Also if you guys had from tomorrow until August 21st to prepare for a grueling football camp how would you attack your training from here on out considering cardio/strength and speed are the 3 main components built into my training. If you were me, what would you be doing for the next three weeks? Thanks for the help guys, looking forward to the responses!
