I am just coming off a “level 2” hamstring pulll/ter/whatever. I was wondering if with this kind of injury am I more succeptable to getting this injury again in the same spot? If so, what can I do to prevent it, because I don’t want this to happen again at the time that it did (Conference championships). The thing I’m afraid of is that the injury came without any warning, in fact, that day my hamstrings felt the best that they have in like a month from a previous injury.
