Pfaff is big on general strength and med ball exercises.
          https://www.drtrack.com/CoachingEducation/SpecificStrength.shtml

I don’t know what a lot of these exercises are. I don’t need an in-depth description just a general idea.

          GS exercises
          Rocky’s
          Leg Toss
          Cossack Extension
          Yogis
          Side-Ups

          Medicne Ball Exercises
          C-T or T-C as in Shoulder T-C
Reach and Hike- I assume it means bend down reach the ball in front of you the ground then hike it like a long snapper.
          Soccer Push-Like asoccer throw in?
          The K in KOHF
          KSCT
          Allah Arch
          HHTR or HHTL

          Multi Jumps
          3 DLB

Iunderstand all the jumps but have trouble with the medicine ball exercises and bodyweight exercises. I know the list is quite extensive, so just answer what you feel like.
          Thanks

I’ll answer a little and if others don’t chime in I’ll answer some more as time permits…..

[*]T-C stands for “toss and catch”
[*]Reach and Hike: you guessed correctly
[*]Soccer push: medial kick…….I think I’ve described it elsewhere
            [*]K stands for “kneeling”
