hey there. ive never seen a ghr-machine before (except on the internet) and it seems that theres no such thing in my retard country. now i really want to do them properly and came to the conclusion that a machine/rack or however youd like to call it is necessary to not stress the knees to much and to give the calve pushing its role in the movement etc…
sooo i wanna build one, could anyone here help me out by sending me a few good pictures and maybe measure out the length of the important parts. or somekind of blueprints 😛
