I like the "Complete Book of Jumps" by Jacoby and Fraley.
any of the_The Jumps_ by tafnews/Jess Jarver are good…. in fact the older editions are better imho.
also… Triple Jump Encycllopedia by Bullard and Knuth.
mike, what do u think about the Power and Strength Development section with a training plan in the "Complete Book of Jumps"…………….do u think it might be a good idea to use it?
I've read it but can't remember the details.
i've looked at it took, and found it really really detailed.
