Hey guys I have a question regarding groin pulls. Today at practice we were doing 4×1 hand-offs and I was running the curve and my groin got real tight and hurt. I kept on running but no where near my speed until I handed off. After, I could walk with a little bit of pain and also stride but could not sprint. I have range of motion with some movements painlessly and other movements hurt it. Do you guys think this is a pull or a strain and what I can do to come back ASAP. I was going to a Canadian Football tryout in Jersey on the 23rd and dont know if I will be able to now. Any help would be appreciated.
