I pulled my groin about a week and a half ago and it felt great when i tried to run on it 5 days after it happened and i couldnt run well. I mean it hurt. I reaggrivated it i guess. Well now i decided to take the rest of the week off and ice it. What rehab exercises could i do for it. I know its not torn because when im sitting down it doesnt hurt and when i walk it doesnt really hurt it just affects my stride length. Can anyone estimate how long i will be about. and can i ride a bike or something. My football camp starts in a month!!!
