I am a triple jumper. For my hamstrings I do deadlift with straight legs. But that makes me very slow. What should I do for hamstrings for make them fast?
Modify Russian hamstring curls. Adopt a position that is close to isometric at a point where you can just hold yourself. Pulse in and out of this position. If you know how much contraction time you need for the triple jump, try and mimic this contraction time.
