Thanks, for the reply. I had an outstanding day lifting on Saturday. I have only done a clean or variation of any olympic lift in the last twice since the week of April 5. I had done 8 weeks of hypertrophy since and 2 weeks of strength transition. Anyway, I hang cleaned 1×5, 5, 3, 3 at 175, 185, 200, 220 respectively from slightly above the knee. I had never maxed out over 250 for 1 rep in a power clean so I was wondering if there was any way to see what a full clean max would be for me.
