I’m 14yr old + and my long jump is real bad at national standard. Worse compared to other countries. My current pb is 4.35m. The first girl for national juniors did 4.91m.
But I’m not using any technique actually. I think its called sailing. Just going up and bring the back leg forward. But I land pretty well, with legs near straight out. I want to add in the hang before the land. Can someone describe to me in detail how to use the hang technique? All help appreciated. Thanks.
