He does a lot of strength building workouts. He believe that strength will enhance speed. I believe he started this style of training with MJ because he often injured. Fall work would include intervall 200's, 300's, 450's, 500's, 600's, long hills, ladders like a 6, 4, 2, 4, 6 with 5 minutes rest, 1200's think like that. He does include fartleks as well. He does a lot of event based workouts where they will work on their strategy for 400m in their workout. He also has a timing system that will time where they should be at certain increments to see where they are lacking. Andrew Rock has used this type of training and I believe he got the idea from those guys, but I could wrong.
