As of moday every time i workout sprints or weightlifting i get headaches that make it impossible to continue. I Can feel the blood pumping in my head it almost feels like its gushing in my skull if that makes any sense. THis only seems to happen when weights or sprint are involved i sparred yesterday with no pain and i have been able to do cardio with no pain but weights cause the headaches as quickly as the second set and they dont leave for hours. Has anyone else experienced this, and should i just take it easy for a week or is this emergency room worthy. any response is welcome
