I’m a firm believer that an athlete needs to be well trained mentally as well as physically. So I just spent a good hour or two going through the 632 pages of blogs/articles on the homepage, of which I have bookmarked over 300 to go through and read/make notes on.
I’ve already got a copy of Dr. Ralph Mann’s ‘The Mechanics of Sprinting and Hurdling’ (2010 edition), I noticed there is now a 2013 edition of this, is there going to be any benefit to getting this as well and having another read through?
Also, what other good books are out there which you guys would recommend? I know this question has probably been asked before, but with training practices changing all the time I wanted to make sure any responses were as up to date as possible.
Anything do do with general athletic training, but specifically for sprinting mechanics and anything which would be beneficial to have in my head really!
Thanks in advance!
