I dont have a coach really and i am really into track the only time i have training is in the spring with the coaches from my school… during the winter id really like to do indoor track but dont have anything for myself to do to train could i get some sugestions? i run the 800 400 and im going to possibly run the 1500 this year. im doing soccer and cross country running rite now so thats keeping me in good condition. but i need something else to do other than that please help me out!
