I was hurdling yesterday and I landed weird and was thrown off balance. Right away my left leg hurt, right below then knee. I have heated it and wrapped it overnight. It doesn’t hurt too much when I walk, and I can feel it a little when I jog. It especially hurts when I do form running, weight lifting, or put any kind of weight on my left leg. Right now I can’t run and I don’t know what it is that’s hurting me.
Again, it’s pain right below my knee, and the very top of the front of my lower leg (tibia/ fibula).
