How do I print or download articles. The suggested method of download (click on title link) doesn’t work.

It just opens it in another window and I still can’t print

Seems to work fine for me.
I printed 2 off earlier today.

What browser are you using? I’m on Firefox and it all worked fine.

I can assure you all articles are printable. If you are logged in, you click on the title and it will open a PDF. Different browsers handle PDFs different ways. When in doubt right click on the title and click ‘save as’.

No mine doesn’t open in PDF…it opens in Flash 10

I tried both Firefox and Internet explorer

Yeah I have the same problem. When I open the article in another window its not pdf. I click the print icon but all I get is the distorted view of the first page. It won’t print the entire article or let me save it as a pdf.

          What are we missing Mike?!?!

          -right click title
-No “save as” option…only save link as (just saves the hyperlink to the article…not THE article)

-Articles open in Flash 10 format and not PDF

-If we print in the new window it only prints what is currently on the screen and not the full article

-Tried using Firefox, internet explorer, and Safari with all the same result

I have tried this on both Windows Vista and Mac OS X with the same result every time

          What am I missing?

Tried upgrading your Adobe Acrobat reader? Make sure the plugin is functioning properly?

I have tried it both on the computers at my school and also 2 different PCs here at my house. It all works perfect for me..

          TrkNFld-
When you try to do it are you actually on the page where you can read the flash version of the article. It should look like the attached picture? That’s the page you have to click on the title.
