hey everyone i need some help with my blocks and start. im a senoir in high school and ive coached myself for 4 years in the sprints. i dont really have anybody to really tell me what to do so i figured id ask this forum.
anyway perhaps knowing my strength levels and performances will help you:
im 5’10” with a bodyweight of 205 pounds
max squat 445 to the floor
power clean 310
vertical jump ~33
100 meter: 10.90
200 meter: 22.11
300 meter: 36.18
my sprinting knowledge is limited to what i read in books, find online and steal from other coaches. im currently training for the 100 meter in eastern massachusetts.
anyway any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
