alright everyone i have a task at hand that could be kinda hard. i just got done running a marathon (10/1) 3:15, first ever, not too bad.
anyhow, the deal is that i made a bet with my former college roomate that I could
a). run under 3:20 marathon check and
b). run under 2:00 in the 800 for the indoor season.
i know it seems pretty hard, but i think i am more than up to it. what do you guys think? i have a very general plan and layout of what to do. does anyone want to help me thru this process? if so i would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!
