I dont eat meat, i only eat fish.  Going through all nutrition articles and viewing other forums, i believe i might not be getting enough protein or what not.  I eat everything else just not meat.  Can anyone give me some tips on improving my nutrition?

Is there a reason you don't eat meet? Regardless you can easily get enough protein from fish, nuts, and even plant products.

thank you mike, somehow a while back a developed some kind of (i wouldnt say allergic reaction), thing when i ate meat.  it happpened to me for months straight, i would get nauseous, headaches, a whole lot of stuff, and somehow meat disgusted me when i looked at it, looked like a burned guy i saw.(might sound funny but it really was disgusting).  I have been off it for almost three years now.  Do you think i should invest in protein shakes?

Mike can make a mean protein shake… try cottage cheese too for some serious protein.

          Best wishes.

You should try to work out that issue of the burn victim. That's not very healthy. I've seen many burn victims and make no association between that and cooked meat.

I don't eat much meat myself either, for financial reasons. In addition to what milke said dairy and eggs are good sources of complete protein, and beans are very close. Luckily the amount of the certain amino acid beans are lacking, can be supplied by grains or nuts. Rice+Beans/ Corn+Beans/Bean soup w/pasta. I would suggest you eat fish as much as possible, Tuna's a good option but  it contains a small amount of mercury, so you can't eat it everyday. Eat the yolk off the eggs too, not just the whites it's filled with nutrients that yu won't be getting from meat.

well thanks guys, 800prince dont worry bout me im cool.  By what u posted it seems im getting more than enough protein in me, in my country i live in a fishing village.  And fresh fish is what my people eat almost all day everyday, except when they want some meat.

so im good here, but i dont know what im going to do, see i want to go to college in the U.S and i dont know how ill survive.

You're lucky I love fish. Don't worry everything in the U.S. is so processed that you won't be able to tell what's meat and what's not.  :spin:
