A friend of mine (closet viewer-non participant of EliteTrack)
has an athlete coming of a broken foot. She is a HS sprinter and he is looking for suggestions as to training/rehab between now and spring.
Anyone want to chime in with suggestions, or experiences in this general area? She has access to pool, weights, etc., and has been told by Dr that jumping and squating are out for a while.
