hey guys very cool forum!!! Im a skinny white dude and ive been working on strengthening my legs, (first started with an illness and now just want to get my legs in shape) Im 6’0 about 155 soaking wet. Is a running jump over a 45″ rope pulling my legs up considered to be decent or good? I’ll jump some things, but certain things I cant, fences, etc… I know that’s a mental thing. Im hanging on the rim as of last week. I’m thinking, by early next week or the end of this next week I SHOULD be throwing it down, at the minimal levels of course. Diet is pretty good, my body is long and lanky, Im doing all this just for personal benefit, anyone have any tips for better jumps or conditioning, thanks, brian
