Sophomore high jumper I inherited this year. Obviously a Gumby when it comes to flexibility 🙂 Has lots of practice at his signature “arch” (which starts before toe-off!)… PR is a modest 5’6″…
I’d appreciate any thoughts and/or suggestions…
