I would say plyometric routines.

You can develop it through a variety of means:-Plyometrics-Depth landings-Reactive strength weight lifting-High load (120%) fast eccentric weight lifting
Thanks mike…. could you elaborate High Load 120% fast eccentric weight lifting.. sounds real tough.
It's just as it sounds…load the bar with 120+% of max squat and try to control the resist the weight as it pushes you down. Due to the load you'll find the eccentric phase is quite short.
