it might be an injur not sure. I maxed on the squat on saturday, sunday i had my 9 hour shift standing screwing my legs cause i stand so long cleaning isles and stuff. Monday i wake up early to go to school when suddenly a soreness came up all of a sudden and it happens when i stand and walk while my hips is extending. When i run or jump it feels fine. Nonetheless i did not go to practice nor did any weights just stayed at home. Gonna see my ART guy again, as im getting pains again sigh. Sooner or later somethings gonna pop i tell ya. I think its tight it is around the tensor fascae latae or sartorius region, something is tight around there can’t point it out, hopefully he will. Do you guys have any solutions for this, or could it just be overworked?
