If you have sore legs/calves and have an upcoming meet, say this Sunday, how soon before the meet should you stop using a hot tub or sauna to aid recovery.
Could you use contrast hot/cold showers/baths to aid recovery instead. If so how close to the meet. 1, 2, 3 days before?
Self-message or one of those "The stick" rollers okay to use the day before or the day of the meet in between heats be oaky? A little advice in the training room please 😎
