    How fast do you think I can run in the 200m and 400m

          After coming off an injury, I am completely unaware as to what i can run right now. Here are some workouts i’ve done in the last ten days or so. What do you think I can run for the indoor 200 and 400?

          3×300 with 8 minutes recovery 38-39 seconds in trainers

          8×200 with 2 min rest 27 average in trainers

          1×400 in 53 9 minutes rest then 4×200 in 26 with 3 min rest in trainers

          Aslo my previous best from last year outdoor is 21.9

          It’s hard to tell from just those workouts without knowing how hard you were pushing but I’d guess you could run 50.5 to 51 for 400m right now and about 22.5 for 200m.

          Are you doing anything faster than what you’ve listed…stuff all out for short distances?

          None of those have been all out, but they have been difficult, yet comfortable (if that makes sense). I do run a good amount of 10x100m and things like that but no time.

          One workout we do is something like 4x150m around 16-18 with walk back rest, which isn’t to hard for me. I feel like i am coming from a speed side, not endurance.

          Indoors I don’t know. You would smash 50 outdoors.
