After coming off an injury, I am completely unaware as to what i can run right now. Here are some workouts i’ve done in the last ten days or so. What do you think I can run for the indoor 200 and 400?
3×300 with 8 minutes recovery 38-39 seconds in trainers
8×200 with 2 min rest 27 average in trainers
1×400 in 53 9 minutes rest then 4×200 in 26 with 3 min rest in trainers
