Hey guys im a triple jumper and 400m hurdler.
I have a pr of 53.1secs in the 400mh and 14.89m in the triple jump. i am planning to lift twice a day for mon,wed,fri. And i was wondering if this is too much weights for me to do.
So i was wndering how much weights is too much.And by regionals and championship will i be burnt out from too much weights lifting?
How much weights is too much? Will this burn you out?
