Increase stride length.
I run 100m in 11 flat if not a bit under on track,
I take around 5 strides per second, and those are 2 meters
Any cues on how to increase stride length, I have been thinking full hip extension might be the key
I am 5,6 and 100 lbs. 15 years old, want to some day run sub 10
Core strength work possibly
Any ideas appreciated.
