We are gearing up for the NC state meet this weekend and I have an athlete who will be running the 3200 relay, the open 800, and the 1600 relay – I know that this can be a killer combination. What would be the best methods to allow him to recover as best he can between these events? (3200 relay will be about 12:00, 800 will be about 4:30, and 1600 relay will be about 5:15). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
