Hi there! I got already here a long time ago but for some reason didn’t register. After hearing about Craig’s TJ I’ve been following the discussion quite intensely. So why not to put up my own TJ since I’m training regularly and spending some of my daily time on the site.
I’m 23-year-old guy (177cm/79kg) focusing on the 100. I ran 60 metres 7 flat this indoor season, actually twice (6.999, 6.997) annoyingly.. 😀 I got these marks already in the very beginning of the season (2nd and 3rd meet), then I had a flu and it took some time to recover. As a result I couldn’t improve anymore, however. This made me think that I didn’t get to my peak. I hope it will bring me some extra motivation to reach a new level at summer competition season.
I’m planning to go sub-10.90 in the 100 this year. I’m competing in 200 as well at least a couple of times, but the main focus is on the 100. I’m not really a 200 type of a guy. 100 PB is in the low 11’s (and wind-aided 10.94), but I’d like to think I’ve had the capability to go legal sub-11 for some years already (eg. 20 flying 1.98 like five years ago) but I’ve just had injuries and other stuff (eg something called univ studies) interrupting my training.

power clean 3* 115 kg
bench press 5* 115 kg
squat ATG 6* 155 kg
half-squat 6* 245 kg
