I have a bit of a situation..
When I warm up for my practices,I never feel warm or stretch. I always feel like I am too tight and that I will pull. I know that depending on days where you have different of objectives, that your warm up routine should be different,and I have been using the same warm up for a while.It goes as followed.
Single leg fast leg(left,then right)
Stiff leg runs
And of these are 4×30 meters.
So one speed days and tempo days,what would be some good ideas to add into my warm up.Thanx
