ok during practice today i felt a slight pain up near my the top of my quad/hip dont know what its technical term is called though. i ignored it and finished the workout then i caught two cramps which prevented me from stretching it. i walked home fine with no pain but now it hurts when i walk, i have a meet on sunday that i can push to run in. i feel like i can run well with this injury but i want to treat it before it becomes worse, any help is appreciated
