Just looking at those 2 days I say no problem at all. The intensive tempo volume is quite low so it should actually be quite easy. Normally I like to see intensive tempo volumes be at least 800m and more likely around 1200m.

So is it just the total meters per session that makes the difference? So would longer distances but fewer reps vs. more reps and shorter distances make a difference?
No it’s not just total meters. Training load is dependent on volume and intensity. At that intensity (85%) the volume is very low for intensive tempo. As for the secondary question…if you did 4 x 200m that would be better. 2 x 400m would probably not be appropriate for a short sprinter.
