Former LSU coach that won their first National Championship if my mind serves me correctly. Innovator of one of the most original and effective warm ups around. Yeah, I'd say he's pretty good 😉

Loren Seagrave by many is considered the greatest sprint coach of all time.

i've gotten to personally work with this guy up in boardman, Ohio, All I can say is positive from what he has taught me. Really good coach and a REALLY nice guy in person, just what you want form a coach.

          Fabio,

What were you doing in Boardman working with him for?

He was holding a camp up there and my coach found out about it and gave me a form for it. I think he rotates where his camp is at every year and that year boardman High School won the bid.

yea, the drills were insane, sarted to gt repetive, but I was also with the long jumpers and his wife taught me a lot on the long jump, the booklet he gave us hada alot of info and I was able to purchase Brent Mcfarlene's 4th edition of the science of speed and hurdling AND he autographed it so I was happy. The camp might of been really basic, but I got a lot of training info from there

Yes, McFarlane's book is VERY good, he presented it to me; thanks to coach Pavlansky's who also hosted me in his home.

I remember watching you guys doing drills, I went out, and come back half an hour later and you were still there drillin'..

That year I strength coached Boardman's group and we got both indoor long and high jump state champ as well as a National qualifier for the long jump (Andrew, if I don't recall badly).

          Best,

Boardman is a very talented school, also loafded wiht tradition…They had a great hurdler this year…..Yea, those drills were LONG, but at that time I never did them or anytype of speed training so anything helped me really. Let me know if they will be having another one in Ohio, it be kool to go to another one.

I live in Italy, so I am not up to date regarding what's happing in Ohio-io-io-io-ooo. Anyway, I can send you coach Pavlansky's e-mail, I heard he was organizing the same camp some time ago.

P.S.: I like Ohio's people, they are the friendliest I have met in the US. Coach Pfaff is another Ohio chap.
