I guess it’s time for me to start a training journal here since it would be more convenient than wasting trees.
Today is a speed/power and lower body dominant day so I will post workout after I complete it.
I had to postpone due to a hectic schedule but now I’m ready 🙂
Yesterday I jogged around the track one time then did a dynamic warm up/push up, lunges, squats, etc.
After that I did sprint mechanic drills and some strides.
Wed 5/18/2011 speed/acceleration: 6×20 meter sprints push-up starts
4×30 meter sprints push-up starts
4×30 meter standing starts
