One of my goals has been to earn their trust in an effort to learn the keys to their success. Finally that day has come. In a conference call earlier today with several of the to

“For years they had focused on only sprint training, but in 2007, athletes like Veronica Campbell, Usain Bolt, and Asafa Powell started bench pressing and squatting to failure every day.”

This sentence could be understood wrong like every day and to failure…

Veronica Campbell did great progression at 200m. Before Beijing where she ran 21.74 her 200m PB was 22.05 in 2004. At 100m she ran great before 2007 b/c in 2005 she ran 10.85. So 2007 10.89, 2008 10.87, 2009 10.89 and best performance at this event in 2010 10.78. I’m thinking if her training in USA have something to do with jamaican training? When did she move to USA?

Asafa Powell before 2007 ran 9.77 in 2005 and in 2006. He did progression in 2007 with 9.74 and in 2008 9.72. But two years later in 2009 and 2010 9.82. For sure many things come into play, I’m just thinking how much additional value gave bench pressing and squating to failure every day for these athletes…

          Bolt is a freak
