          Interesting analogy. I definitely think the spine being loaded by gravity is a concept that is easily forgotten. Out of curiosity, what are you doing to address this need?

          Is the athlete squating, cleaning, jumping, and sprinting with great intensity and technique with sufficient volumes? Nothing new but taking out squats in any form is foolish. IF THE ATHLETE IS PAIN FREE AND CAN SQUAT BUT COMPENSATES AT MEDIUM LOADS WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT ONE’S CORE TRAINING?
